Ryan Rodriquez is a husband, father, firefighter/paramedic, and founder of IGNITEd. Ryan loves his career in the fire service but has observed some self-destructive habits and practices that are destroying the legacy of the fire service. He believes that by taking ownership of the complacency that we have allowed to creep in and by taking ownership of our relationships and the physical standards that we've allowed to fall by the wayside, we can reignite our sense of honor and integrity.

It has become his life's mission to help people and professional organizations all over the world embrace this ownership mindset and take action toward becoming the type of people they would want on their team through systems of accountability.

Ryan is an Arizona native who began his hard-earned career in the fire service as a firefighter/paramedic in 2005. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fire Service Administration. He is the host of the Forged by FIRE Podcast and offers online coaching through his exclusive group called The Forge. He is a master health coach and currently resides in Gilbert, AZ with his wife and children.

He loves to look deeper into things regardless of what he finds. Searching for answers helps him not only better understand the world around him, but it helps him better understand himself. He loves to read and is very fond of all kinds of book genres. Ryan loves to travel, watch movies, and listen to music/podcasts.
